Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirements
- Cavendish Music Festival & Long Weekend bookings: 50% deposit required to confirm reservation.
- All other bookings: 25% deposit required to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before check-in: Free cancellation.
- 31–60 days before check-in: Deposit is non-refundable.
- 15–30 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Less than 15 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Payment Terms
- Music Festival & Long Weekend bookings: Remaining balance due by June 1st.
- Other bookings: Remaining balance due upon arrival, unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
If we can rebook the cancelled dates, a full or partial refund may be offered.
Pet Policy
Families traveling with their dogs are happily welcome at Dreams To Sea. An additional charge will be added to your bill . Pet stay $40 per day.
It goes without saying that folks traveling with their pets, must be fully responsible for any incidents that may occur while they stay with us and must clean up after their pet.
Pets are to be kept in the main living area only and must not be permitted in bedrooms or on beds. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while using common areas (this includes the walkways, driveways, and the yard here at Dreams To Sea).
As well, pets should NEVER be left UNATTENDED in your cottage for free cottage-roaming..."kennelling-only" is permitted while you are out.

At Dreams To Sea Cottages we understand and highly respect the privacy of our guest and for that reason we never share email addresses, phone numbers nor any other personal information with anyone.
