Unless otherwise stated to request nights on the reservation board, we require a 25% deposit. Deposits are wholly non-refundable from the point of booking. (For special rates and dicounts, please click on the rate policy itself for specialized deposit and cancellation policies).

 

 

All stays must be secured by a credit card. 

 

Our general policy requires 25% deposit due at the time of booking. 

Balance shall be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your checkin date.

 

 

Please note that Music Festival dates and long weekends require a deposit of 50%. 

 

Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation made less than 1 month prior to check in dates shall be charged 50% of total booking. 

Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to check in date shall be charged as no show: 100% of the total booking 

 

If we can find other guest for these vacancy if you cancel,  full or partial refund will be made accordingly. 

If the cancelled reservation can be filled prior to the start date of the reservation, the card will not be held accountable for the remaining balance.  

 

Please note: "No shows" will be charged the full amount of the reservation.  Early checkouts are non-refundable.

Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our cancellation policy. 

 

Families traveling with their dogs are happily welcome at Dreams To Sea.  An additional charge will be added to your bill . Pet stay $30 per day. 

 

It goes without saying that folks traveling with their pets, must be fully responsible for any incidents that may occur while they stay with us and must clean up after their pet.  

 Pets are to be kept in the main living area only and must not be permitted in bedrooms or on beds.  Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while using common areas (this includes the walkways, driveways, and the yard here at Dreams To Sea).  

 

As well, pets should NEVER be left UNATTENDED in your cottage for  free cottage-roaming..."kennelling-only" is permitted while you are out.  

 

We welcome visitors of our guests between the hours of 9am and 11pm.  

 

For the peace of mind and safety of all guests,

all visitors must be registered with the office prior to

and upon arrival. Quiet time here is from 11pm and all

visitor's should bid farewell to their guests prior to this time.   

 

All of our units at Dreams To Sea are non smoking units.  

 

Smoking is not permitted with 30 feet of buildings nor is permitted at the comon play areas, any gathering areas or pool areas. 

 

In our ever changing world, this has broadened to include all types of smoking, folks. Smoke damage in a cottage, of any type, will result in an automatic charge of a minimum of $500 dollars plus damages being placed on the creditcard on your file. 

At Dreams To Sea your housekeeping cottage is fully stocked with all your bed, bath and kitchen linen. We do happily provide a complimentary linen laundering and/or maid service upon request. 

 

The main building is home to our laundry room* where you are welcome to stop by to throw a load on in...or let us take care of that for you with our in-house laundry service*.

At Dreams To Sea we have various services such as laundry 

 

When we first opened anWe began to offer these services we had suggested rates for each different item or activity with all monies going to Children\'s Wish Foundation. Due to feedback from our guests (we thank you all for your input) we have now decided not to suggest costs for these services but, to,however, ask that if you choose to enjoy any of our added extras that you might consider a donation to a really great cause while you enjoy.

As all services are optional so also is donating folks. As much as we welcome your help with a great cause, we also welcome all folks who wish to use these services and amentities to do so simply by stopping on into the office.  

 

All monies collected, both great and greater, small or smaller (after all every penny helps) are donated on your behalf to The Children's Wish Foundation at the annual WishMaker Paradfe in Rustico in the autumn
